- Friday October 30th, 2026 11:59pm CST-------- Deadline to Apply for consideration to Vend at Seabreeze Jazz Festival 2027.

- Wednesday November 11, 2026 --- Notification of Acceptance/ Waitlist/ Denial will be EMAILED

- Friday November 13th- Sunday November 15th, 2026 : 9:00am CST------ BOOTH SPACE PURCHASING OPENS FOR Early Bird Purchasing (Reserved for Vendors who had booths in 2026)

- Monday November 16th, 2026----- Booth Purchasing opens for ALL Accepted 2027 Vendors
