**Registration for all upcoming markets is now closed as the deadline has passed. We are currently accepting waitlist applications only. You will be contacted if and when we can fit you to one of our events. **


For full details, please visit our website at Before applying, we kindly ask that you thoroughly review the Exhibitor Manual (also on our website). Here are a few important points to note:

- Not sure if you've already applied or need to edit/cancel your application? Simply log into the vendor portal and click on the "Apply for Fall/Holiday Markets" section. If your application status shows as "Under Review," it means we've received your application. You can cancel your request or select additional markets in the same section.

- Sundays are no longer available at the RCA, so all three upcoming events at this venue will be on Saturdays (or Fridays and Saturdays).

- Due to the late release of applications, registration will only be open for two weeks. Be sure to apply by May 17th. All applicants will be notified of their status by May 31st. After the closing date, we will be accepting waitlist applications only.

- We understand the high demand for the Prospera Market, and we wish we could accommodate everyone! Last year, we received double the number of vendor applications than we can accommodate, making the decision process incredibly challenging. We strive to maintain fairness while curating a balanced selection of vendors that best suits the event.

- Lastly, please carefully consider your schedule before applying. Please do not submit an application just to test your chances. It takes considerable time and effort to select vendors, so we ask that you only apply if you're certain you can commit. While some cancellations are inevitable, we'd appreciate your help in keeping them to a minimum by planning ahead. If plans change, you can easily withdraw your application on the vendor portal.

- Vendors will not be given a booth size upon acceptance. Once accepted, vendors must log in and reserve whichever booth size they prefer. Sizes are available first come first serve. A 50% payment will be due immediately, and the remaining is due Sept 1st.  Show management will assign booth placement once everyone is paid. 


Welcome to the Craft Culture Portal. This system allows you to register for events and pay for space online!  Simply create a new account, and your information will be saved in the system.  No need to re-submit your information for each application!  Once you've created an account and completed the registration steps, apply for events by selecting the "Apply for Events" button. That's it! Once you have selected which events you are interested in, there are no other actions to take. We will email you your application resulted within the timeframe listed above.
