Registration closes Jan 24th. Vendors will receive application results by email between Jan 25 - Feb 4th. After Jan 24th we will accept waitlist applications only.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY:

For full details, please visit our website at https://craftculture.ca/apply/. Before applying, we kindly ask that you thoroughly review the Exhibitor Manual (also on our website). Here are a few important points to note:

- Not sure if you've already applied or need to edit/cancel your application? Simply log into the vendor portal and click on the "Apply for Markets" section. If your application status shows as "Under Review," it means we've received your application. You can cancel your request or select additional markets in the same section.

- We are accepting applications between now and Jan 24th. Vendors will be emailed acceptance results between Jan 25 - Feb 4th.

- Any vendors who miss the application deadline will be able to apply to our waitlists.

- We understand the high demand for our markets, and we wish we could accommodate everyone! We strive to maintain fairness while curating a balanced selection of vendors that best suits the event.

- Lastly, please carefully consider your schedule before applying. Please do not submit an application just to test your chances. It takes considerable time and effort to select vendors, so we ask that you only apply if you're certain you can commit. While some cancellations are inevitable, we'd appreciate your help in keeping them to a minimum by planning ahead. If plans change, you can easily withdraw your application on the vendor portal.

*Please check your junk folder! If you have not worked with us before, our first emails often end up in the junk folder. Please add info@craftculture.ca to your safe list.

NOTES:

- Vendors will not be given a booth size upon acceptance. Once accepted, vendors must log in and reserve whichever booth size they prefer. Sizes are available first come first serve. A 50% payment will be due immediately, and the remaining is due Feb 15th.  Show management will assign booth placement once everyone is paid.

HOW TO APPLY
Welcome to the Craft Culture Portal. This system allows you to register for events and pay for space online!  Simply create a new account, and your information will be saved in the system.  No need to re-submit your information for each application!  Once you've created an account and completed the registration steps, apply for events by selecting the "Apply for Events" button. That's it! Once you have selected which events you are interested in, there are no other actions to take. We will email you your application resulted within the timeframe listed above.
