Welcome and thank you for wanting to be a vendor at The Markets at Ardovino's Desert Crossing. Please create an account to continue to the vendor application.

Please choose a category that best suits your type of business. If you sell items that are within 2 categories, after you are approved, our Market Manager will help designate your profile with the 2 categories. If you are applying for our annual Pride Market please select PRIDE for your business category.

You must complete all application steps in order to be considered for approval. Please follow all written instructions for each step of the application process. If you are approved you will be notified by email. You can potentially be approved for 3 markets produced here at ADC;

  • Farmers' Market at ADC

  • Specialty Markets at ADC (Annual Pride Market and Twas The Market Before Christmas)

  • Annual Holiday Market


You will receive a separate approval email for each market you are approved for.

If you can't be approved, due to missing product descriptions or other insufficient information you will receive a phone call. If you can not be reached by phone, then an email will be sent.

ADC: NM Cannabis Business - Select this category if you own or represent a New Mexico state based business that deals with the sale or cannabis or other related products.
Artisan-Artisanal Jewelry - Select this category if you make handcrafted jewelry out of paper, hand cut wood, handblown glass beads, or other artisanal objects either found or made by you.
Artisan-Artist - Select this category if you are a local artist selling original works of art and or prints of your original works of art.
Artisan-Bath and Beauty Products - Select this category if you hand make soaps, lotions, make-up, bath bombs, etc. using formulas created by you. We do not allow the resale of products not made or created by you.
Artisan-Candle Maker - Select this category if you make candles out of soy, beeswax, paraffin wax, or other types of wax.
Artisan-CBD Products - Select this category if you sell CBD products made by you or manufactured with licensing agreements that produce your personal brand. The Markets' at ADC and Ardovino's Desert Crossing does not permit the sale of any item that contain THC or are made by companies not owned by you..
Artisan-Children's Products - Select this category if you make products geared towards children.
Artisan-Clothing/Wearable Accessories - Select this category if you make clothing, wearable accessories, or manufactured items featuring your original designs and or licensed to produce your personal brand.
Artisan-Costume Jewelry - Select this category if you make jewelry out of resin, laser cut wood/plastic, jewelry made from molds, and or other bought findings and pieces.
Artisan-Crocheted/Knitted/Macrame Products - Select this category if you make home decor, blankets, other item handcrafted/hand made using the techniques of crochet, knitting, or macrame.
Artisan-Crystals - Select this category if you sell Crystals/Rocks/Minerals/Gems (CRMG) that have been mined and or found by you. CRMG’s that were not found by the vendor must be altered either by cutting or shaping the CRMG in order to be approved for sale. CRMG’s may not be purchased and resold without significant modification. Cleaning is not significant modification. We do not permit the resale of any items that are not made by you.
Artisan-Essential Oils - Select this category if you are a personal apothecary who blends homeopathic remedies from essential oils.
Artisan-Fine Jewelry - Select this category if you make Sterling Silver or 14kt+ jewelry with or without stones.
Artisan-Fresh Flowers/Floral Arrangements - Select this category if you grow and sell fresh flowers or make fresh floral arrangements. Select category Home Decor, if you make faux floral arrangements.
Artisan-Glassware - Select this category if you sell handblown glassware, etched or sandblasted glassware with original imagery. The sale of copyrighted imagery is strictly prohibited!
Artisan-Handcrafted Gifts - Select this category if you make general handcrafted/hand made items.
Artisan-Hat Maker - Select this category if you handcraft hats and other wearable head pieces.
Artisan-Holiday Crafts/Wreaths - Select this category if you make handcrafted or hand made seasonal gifts and or decor.
Artisan-Home Decor - Select this category if you make home accessories and home decor.
Artisan-Knife Sharpening - Select this category if you hand sharpen blades, knives, etc.
Artisan-Leather Goods/Handbags - Select this category if you make hand made leather goods/handbags. If you sell imported leather goods/handbags do not select this category.
Artisan-Men's Products - Select this category if you make handcrafted or hand made items geared towards men.
Artisan-Metal Crafts - Select this category if you sell handcrafted/hand made/welded metal art. If the metal art you sell is made in Mexico or other Latin American countries, please select category Imports-Metal Art/Pewter.
Artisan-Pet Products (NOT PET FOOD RELATED) - Select this category if you make clothing or accessories geared toward pets, such as dogs and cats.
Artisan-Pottery - Select this category if you make handcrafted/hand made pottery or ceramic pieces. Food safe items must be labeled appropriately.
Artisan-Resin Goods - Select this category if you make home accessories and other decor out of molded or poured resin. If you make resin jewelry please select the Artisan-Costume Jewelry category.
Artisan-Stickers/Paper Goods - Select this category if you make stickers, greeting cards, notepads, or other paper related items (not jewelry or art) that features designs created by you. The sale of copyrighted imagery is strictly prohibited!
Artisan-Tumblers - Select this category if you sell tumblers with sublimated graphics or vinyl decals featuring original non-copyrighted designs. The sale of copyrighted imagery is strictly prohibited!
Artisan-Upcycled/Recycled Home Decor - Select this category if you make art and functioning decor using found, abandoned, and or repurposed items.
Artisan-Woodcrafts - Select this category if you are a wood maker of home furnishings and accessories.
Food (Animal)-Pet Food/Treats - Select if you make homemade pet food/treats. You must be registered and a have a current permit/license from your state agency that regulates the sale and manufacturing of pet food/treats.
Food (Human)-Baked Goods - All food items must be labeled according to the cottage food laws of your home based state.
Food (Human)-Baked Goods VEGAN - All food items must be labeled according to the cottage food laws of your home based state.

Food (Human)-Fresh Eggs - In order to sell UNGRADED eggs at our Farmers' Market you must upload a copy of your Ungraded Egg Vendor Registration from the New Mexico Department of Agriculture. Local Eco-Friendly Business - Select this category if you represent a local business who sells or promotes products or services that are environmentally friendly, Green, and or carbon footprint friendly.
Locally Owned Business - This category is selected by our Market Management to reflect those businesses in our community that are locally owned and are approved, but where 80% or more of the product they sell is not handcrafted or handmade by them.
Non-profit/Community Organization - Select if you own or represent a local Not For Profit 501C3 or a 501C4 Organization who wishes to promote or bring awareness detailed by your mission statement to our local community by informing the public through information given at a booth. The Markets' at ADC does not approve non-profits who are promoting or representing a singular religion, political candidate or issue, or other type of organization that does not represent the morals and ethics of The Markets at ADC. We reserve the right to revoke approval at any time.
PRIDE - Select this category if you wish to be approved for our annual PRIDE Specialty Market ONLY. After approval is given, market management will assign you a category to best represent what you sell from the list of available categories.
Vintage/Re-Imaginer - This category is for vendors who sell repurposed, recycled, and re-imagined vintage and found objects of all sorts.
