Welcome!!! If you are interested in participating in a future event, and already created an account in the past, please use your credentials to log in so that you don't create a duplicate account which causes problems in our system, and your application may not be accepted. Make sure you submit updated photos of your products to help your application.
Once you've created or updated your account, request the show(s) you want. Your status will be "in review" until we approve, deny or waitlist you. This process can take several weeks as we evaluate your crafts/pictures. Even if you have been accepted before, your application will go through the same process as everyone else's.
You will receive an email when your status changes from "in review". Only until you are approved will you be able to pay. When you receive the email of approval, submit your payment within 7 days to secure your spot. If you receive a "waitlist" status, it means that we have too many of that particular craft category or we are too full at this time. If more space becomes available, we will let you know. If your status gets changed to "denied" it means that we cannot accept you for the current show. However, it is possible that your application may be accepted for another show in the future.

Crafter Fee and other details: $45/5x6 feet, $90/5x12 feet, $135/5x18 feet, $180/5x24 feet, plus a raffle donation. We do NOT supply tables & chairs.
