Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor for the 50th annual Flowertown Festival! This year's event will take place March 31 - April 2, 2023.
Please note: All applications to become a vendor for the 2023 festival must be submitted through this portal.
The Flowertown Festival is the Summerville Family YMCA's largest fundraising event of the year! This event allows our organization to make a meaningful impact in the community through scholarships, swim lessons, community health initiatives and so much more!
If you are interested in becoming a Festival sponsor, please email Ashleigh Reed, Development Director at Ashleigh.Reed@summervilleymca.org. Sponsorship opportunities range from $5,000 - $50,000 and provide additional exposure to the more than 220,000 attendees who visit the Flowertown Festival each year.
Booth prices are as follows:
Business vendors: 10x10: $750
Business Corner Space: $1500
Civic: 10x10’ $275
Food Trucks: $350 per day or $1,000 for the full weekend
Food Vendors:
10x10’ single item $500 ($1,000 for 10x20’)
10x10’ multi-item $1,000 ($2,000 for 10x20’)
Arts and Crafts: 10x10’ $450 ($900 for double)
Arts and Crafts corner booth (additional $150 fee plus cost of booth)
Mandatory, non-refundable application fee is $50. This is required for consideration and is non-refundable whether accepted or declined into festival.
If needed, electricity is an option depending on availability for $100
