Children and Young Entrepreneurs - Bookings for this category are open to anyone aged 18 and under and can be made for any market. Cost for a stall is $15
Chilli and Spice Vendors - Vendors who make artisan food products with mostly chilli or spices. E.g. chilli sauces.
Coffee Cart ONLY - If you sell coffee or hot drinks this is the category for you. We only support one coffee cart per market.
Crafts - NZ made. - Crafts that are newly made within NZ such as ceramics or pottery.
Food Vendor ( Gazebo, Food Truck or Caravan) - If you have a gazebo, caravan, trailer or truck selling fresh food please apply here.
Health Products - Health products made in e.g. colloidal silver

Ice Cream ONLY - If you sell primarily ice cream - This is your category! We are limiting this category to ensure we have only one icecream vendor a market.
Pottery and Ceramics - Hand-crafted pottery and ceramics
Produce ( Fresh flowers plants, meat, Vegetables or Fruit) - If your a local (within 100km of market) who has fresh produce - flowers fruit, seedlings, plants, vegetables. Please apply here.
Professional Services - Local ONLY - limited to one booking per season.

Must have own gazebo and equipment including pegs/weights.
Salt & Pepper Vendors - Vendors who sell artisan salt - must be NZ MADE.
Sweets/Baked Goods - Do you make your own donuts, baking, sweets or bread. This is the category for you!
Young Entrepreneur 13 - 18 years - Our Young Entrepreneurs are young adults aged between 13 - 18 years who are running their own stall.
They can attend on any Saturday of the month but will need to apply through the normal application process.
Stalls cost $15 per market.
