Westborough Farmers Market - 10 Union St - Bay State Commons

All booths require a Certificate of insurance listing the Market as Additional Insured. (Only exception is those applying for the Community Start Up table.)
Vendor Rates for 2026, before May 15th are:
Single space (10x10) = $29 per week
---Even or Odd weeks (9wks) (10x10)= $25 per week
----Full-season Vendors= $417.60 ($23.20 per week)
---Double space full season (10x20) = $518.40
* Community Start Up and Non Profit (No Sales) are $0. (Other exclusions apply)
*New Booth rentals after JUNE 11th will be charged a flat $30 late sign up fee in addition to the weekly rates.
• Vendor participation fee and all other paperwork must be submitted via this Conventionforce Portal
*All Food Vendors must apply for BOH Farmers Market Certification before June 1. (https://www.westboroughma.gov/390/Board-of-Health)
