All booths require a Certificate of insurance listing the Market as Additional Insured. (Only exception is those applying for the Community Start Up table.)
Vendor Rates for 2025, before May 15th are:
Single space (10x10) = $28 per week
---Nine + dates purchased at once (10x10)= 10% discount
----Full-season Vendors=(25% discount) $340
---Double space full season (10x20) = $465.75
* Community Start Up and Non Profit (No Sales) are $0. (Other exclusions apply)
*Booth rentals after JUNE 2nd will be charged a flat $30 late sign up fee in addition to the weekly rates.
• Vendor participation fee and all other paperwork must be submitted via Conventionforce Portal
*All Food Vendors must apply for and UPLOAD BOH Farmers Market Certification before June 1
