Welcome to Enchant 2026 at the Las Vegas Ballpark!

Event dates are currently scheduled for November 20–December 27, 2026 (30 days). Plus possible soft opening on Nov. 18. Dates are subject to change, and there may be a possible extension through January 3, 2027. There will be no additional charge for the extension for full-time vendors.

The application is now open! Please create or complete your vendor profile to help speed up the review and approval process.

VENDOR APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please complete the following steps to apply for a booth space:

1. Create your account.
2. Sign the preliminary agreement.
NOTE: If you already have an account, be sure to click on EDIT MY APPLICATION, read and sign the 2026 preliminary agreement.
3. Upload your product photos.
4. Upload a photo of your booth/display.
5. Upload the required documents:
- Business License
- Nevada SUT/TID
- Health permit/Cottage license (Food & supplement vendors only)
- COI (Food & supplement vendors only) - we will send details on what it needs to say.

Once you have completed these steps, return to the menu and click “Get Approved for Enchant 2026.”

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Spaces are limited. Completing the application does not guarantee a booth space. You must click “Get Approved for Enchant 2026” to submit your application for review.
- The Enchant/Aviator Team will review your information and photos and send you a decision letter by email.
- If you are approved, you will receive a Vendor Agreement that must be signed and returned to us.
- Once your signed agreement is received and your approval is confirmed, you will receive an approval email. You will then need to return to the vendor portal to make your required payment/deposit and secure your space.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the review process.

HUT SPACES
Hut sizes are listed as depth x width:
5’ x 10’ hut — $4,500
5’ x 20’ hut — $7,500
10’ x 10’ hut — $7,500
5’ x 30’ hut — $10,000

The larger spaces are limited, and booth sharing is NOT permitted.

WEEKLY ROTATOR SPOTS
Weekly Rotator spots will be added to the portal at a later date.
5’ x 10’ hut — $175 per day
Weekly commitment required

AIR-CONDITIONED STORAGE
Indoor, air-conditioned storage is available:
5’ x 5’ storage — $450
5’ x 10’ storage — $600

Pricing includes the hut and vendor insurance.
A 1% processing fee applies to all payments.

OUT-OF-STATE VENDORS

If you are an out-of-state vendor and do not have a Nevada SUT/Sellers Permit, please enter:

“Will pay sales tax in cash as instructed.”

This means you will be required to pay your sales tax to us in cash every Sunday evening.
