Artist Alley - ("Artists") are defined as individuals (artists and writers) whose main objective is, among others, to sell and/or promote their original artwork in different media, such as illustrations, commissions, paintings, books, sketches. The main purpose of the Artist Alley at the Puerto Rico Comic Con is to promote the art of comics and its artistic variations. Artist spaces are curated and registration in the category does not guarantee a space within it. They are exclusive for one artist per space. Artist slots cannot be combined or shared with other artists or groups. If there are more artists in your group, check out another available category. The sale of retail products, selling or promoting any other product that is not original or related to the category is NOT allowed in this category. If that is the case, the space will be charged at full Retailer's price. Artists Alley merchants may NOT sell or endorse any products or collective works (created by more than one artist). If you have any type of collective production, the space will be charged at the full price of the Independent Publisher. The exhibitors allowed in this category are: • Comic Artist / Professional / Hobbyist • Sequential Art Artist / Professional / Hobbyist • Cartoonists • Fantasy Illustrators • Comic Colorists • Comic Writers • Fiction Writers If your offering is not identified in the descriptions above, you can check the other categories, as applicable. Arts and Crafts - ("Arts and Crafts") Arts and Crafts spaces are exclusive to one Artist per space. These are defined as persons whose primary purpose is, but is not limited to, selling and/or promoting original art in the form of handmade products, such as, but not limited to, handmade toys, sculptures, handmade jewelry, photographs, screen prints, or fine art. printing, handicrafts, sewn or "crochet" items, etc. The sale of printed art is allowed based on the principle of "limited edition", that is, the quantities of products available must be limited based on the design. The maximum number of units per design is 100 units. Companies and/or corporations that are dedicated to similar services are NOT allowed. For these purposes, you must register as a Retailer. Spaces cannot be combined or shared with other artists or groups. If there are more artists in your group, check out another available category. The sale of retail products, selling or promoting any other product that is not original or related to the category is NOT allowed in this category. If that is the case, the space will be charged at full Retailer's price. Arts and Crafts dealers may NOT sell or endorse any products or collective works (created by more than one artist). Fan Clubs - ("Fan Clubs") are defined as groups of people with the same interest and the intention of promoting that interest and group within the event. Space may not be combined or used as a cooperative exhibit for more than one organization. The sale of products directly related to the main project is allowed. This includes any material, "premium" and/or promotional item related to the group, such as t-shirts, figures, "cards", etc. The sale of retail products, selling or promoting any other product that is not original or related to the group is NOT allowed in this category. If that is the case, the space will be charged at full Retailer's price. The exhibitors allowed in this category are: • Fan Clubs Registered as non-profit corporations • Unregistered Fan Clubs • Local representatives of international Fan Clubs If your service is not identified in the descriptions above, you can check the other categories, as applicable. Food Vendors - ("Food Vendors") are defined as all those businesses or individuals whose primary purpose is exclusively the sale of food and/or food-related products. Exhibitors in this category are subject to approval by the Convention Center and agree to make the "Buy out" payment established by the Convention Center directly. This category does not include Corporate Brands and/or Corporations. The exhibitors allowed in this category are: • Beverage shops / Frappe / Bubble Tea • Sale of packaged groceries related to the theme of the event. • Sale of related desserts If your service is not identified in the descriptions above, you can check the other categories, as applicable. Independent Publishers - ("Independent Publishers and Other Media") are defined as those companies or individuals whose primary objective is, among others, to sell and/or promote original publications in traditional or digital format, collectively or individually, Producers of digital content, including music and podcasts. The sale of products directly related to the main project is allowed. This includes any material, "premium" and/or promotional item related to the publication such as t-shirts, figures, "cards", etc. The sale of retail products, selling or promoting any other product that is not original or related to the participants and the category is NOT allowed in this category. If that is the case, the space will be charged at full Retailer's price. The exhibitors allowed in this category are: • Independent Comic Book Companies / Traditional / Digital • Collectives of Artists that work under the same Project. • Musical bands • Digital content creators • Podcasts If your service is not identified in the descriptions above, you can check the other categories, as applicable. This category does not include Corporate Brands and/or Corporations. The exhibitors allowed in this category are: • Comic shops • Collectible Stores / Anime / Games • Electronic equipment and video game stores • Retailers • Independent brands • Product printing services • Independent sellers • General product stores • Consulting Services related to the Entertainment Industry • Photographic studios offering photography service • Video game companies and related products If your service is not identified in the descriptions above, you can check the other categories, as applicable.
