Get involved in Heart of the City’s Restaurant Month 2024

Please create an account using an email address for the person in your business who will complete your submission. Lemongrass Productions – who are the event managers – will communicate directly using this email.

In this portal, you can:
• Submit your special month-long menu/s for Restaurant Month (1 - 31 August 2024)
• Register to also offer this menu to 12,000+ visitors here for the World Choir Games (menus available 7 – 23 July 2024)

Your Special Menu
• You can submit one dinner menu or both dinner and lunch special menus for your restaurant. The menus can be different for dinner and lunch or remain the same.
• If you have multiple restaurants that would like to take part via a special menu, please make a separate submission for each venue.
Submit your special menu/s for The World Choir Games available 7-23 July and Restaurant Month 1-31 August 2024 by clicking the "Start Application" button at the bottom of the page.

The portal can be accessed as many times as you need without losing your information – to continue with your submission, click ‘Back to Log In’ at the bottom of the page.
Your information will be kept private and not be shared with anyone.

• Put on your own event. Please note if you wish to run an event as part of this campaign, you need to have a special menu on offer.

Important 2024 dates include:
5 pm, 15 March: Expressions of interest to take part in Heart of the City events close.
5 pm, 22 May: Submissions for businesses to host/manage their own events close.
5 pm, 30 May: Submissions close for special menus.
Early July: Restaurant Month campaign launches. Please note, Heart of the City will be in touch prior to the campaign launch so you can check your menus on their website.
10 - 20 July: World Choir Games is live.
1 – 31 August: Restaurant Month is live.
